In the event of a failure by the delivery company, we will file a claim on your
behalf and will usually be able to issue a partial refund in 1-3 business days.

During normal business hours (9am-6pm) we usually take an average
of 15-30 minutes to verify your order and your file(s).

We preview all files sent to us, and if they do not meet our specifications, a hold is placed
on your order and you are notified via email or phone call.
Files can then be resent, or if needed, we can edit it for you.
Charges apply if we have to edit your files.
· My files were not set up correctly; how do I resend new files?
"Add/Edit" or "Delete Images" and upload new image(s).
· How will I know if my order was processed?
Whenever the status of an order changes, we send out status updates on our website.
· Do you print full color?
Yes, everything is full color.

Your order will ship the same day or next business day.
